Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 33bk platform, accessible at 33bk.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By accessing or using any part of the 33bk platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, account management system, or payment cashier — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Your continued use of 33bk following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

33bk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the 33bk platform. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 33bk platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 33bk enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all account holders. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or employee of any third party or organisation.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously had a 33bk account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 33bk or any third-party responsible gaming programme that covers the 33bk platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are met. 33bk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close any account found to be in breach of these requirements, with or without notice.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 33bk services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. You may only hold one active account on the 33bk platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities or contact details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. 33bk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify 33bk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or have reason to suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 33bk reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious access patterns are detected, pending investigation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

33bk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations as an internationally licensed platform. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in a suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33bk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local mobile banking services for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). These are the only accepted payment channels at this time. 33bk does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party e-wallets, or bank transfers via SWIFT at present.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits unless a deposit limit has been set by the player through the responsible gaming tools in the account settings. Deposits are typically credited to your 33bk account balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant mobile banking provider. 33bk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, 33bk reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the player account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a mobile banking account registered in the same name as the 33bk player account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

33bk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these requirements will be placed on hold until the required documentation is received and verified.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 33bk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at the rate determined by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. 33bk is not responsible for any exchange rate variance or currency conversion fee applied by the player's payment provider.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 33bk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, and market type. General betting rules are published on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general betting rules and these Terms, the general betting rules shall prevail in relation to specific bet settlement matters.

33bk reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets in the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed, systems failure affecting the integrity of the market, or evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.2 Casino and Live Games

All casino games available on 33bk — including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, and table games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own game-specific rules and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage, which are available within the game interface or from the respective provider.

33bk does not manipulate the outcome of any casino game. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated in real time by professional dealers and are subject to the operational rules of the relevant game provider.

5.3 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the 33bk platform. 33bk reserves the right to decline any bet, for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation. In live betting markets, odds are subject to change and a bet will be accepted only at the odds current at the moment of confirmation — not the odds displayed at the time of selection.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

33bk offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned to the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events relevant to Bangladeshi players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who are aged 21 or over and have a fully verified 33bk account, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 33bk reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to not unfairly prejudicing players who have already received and acted on a valid offer.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, false identity information, or any other abusive method will be voided and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.
• If a player makes a withdrawal request while holding an active bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Only the cash balance (funds deposited but not originating from a bonus) will be processed for withdrawal.

Responsible Gaming

33bk is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment for all players across Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. 33bk provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through every player's account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time limits and alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may apply these tools at any time and without restriction. Increases to deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before taking effect. Reductions apply immediately.

Self-exclusion from the 33bk platform is available for minimum periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be opened by that individual. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bk platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, including placing bets or accessing game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, manifest pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from manifest errors will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game or sporting event market.
• Placing bets on any event in which the player, or any person connected to the player, has access to non-public information that may influence the outcome of that event.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that are not registered in the player's own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 33bk staff member or other user of the platform through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access 33bk's systems, databases, or source code by any unauthorised means.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bk platform — including but not limited to the 33bk brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33bk or is licensed to 33bk by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33bk platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 33bk.

Game content made available through the 33bk platform from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing terms. 33bk does not grant any rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the right to play those games through the 33bk platform interface.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33bk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 33bk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33bk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside 33bk's reasonable control may result in periods of platform unavailability. 33bk will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.

Account Suspension and Termination

33bk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match manipulation, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider relating to a deposit made by the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.

Upon account closure requested by the player, any cash balance held (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Where an account is closed by 33bk due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Funds found to have been derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in their entirety.

Privacy and Data Protection

33bk collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use in accordance with the 33bk Privacy Policy, which is available at 33bk.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

33bk uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and the 33bk platform. Personal data is stored securely and is accessed only by authorised personnel for legitimate operational purposes. 33bk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Player data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers — including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game providers, and identity verification services — strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the services to you. Such third parties are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Amendments to These Terms

33bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the 33bk platform. The version date displayed at the top of the Terms document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revision was made.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of existing players, 33bk will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the change taking effect. However, it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the 33bk platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 33bk holds its international operating licence. 33bk operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not make representations that the platform or its services are appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it is licensed to serve.

In the event of a dispute between you and 33bk arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 33bk's support team at [email protected]. 33bk aims to respond to formal dispute notifications within five business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the terms of 33bk's operating licence. The decision of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process shall be final and binding on both parties.
